"Our flight was delayed so I called the cab office asking if they could track our flight. They then emailed me asking for a flight number so I provided them with this information. We landed in Luton and no driver to be seen. I called and the cab office said our driver would be 20 minutes.... 1 hour later we were still waiting. It was clear the driver only left home once we arrived. Shocking and appalling. Driver was then driving recklessly with loud music. Would not recommend."

Would not recommend this company. Our journey back was even worse."

He was very helpful, called to confirm his time of arrival and made our trip to London very comfortable and, despite the long distance, it didn't seem a very long journey. "You called on Wednesday and asked me to confirm the flight number so it would be watched and you would come to pick us up when we would arrive. That did not happen, only for the first car - you sent us three cars. Also the cars were very small and could take 8-9 passengers but only about 5-6 suitcases. We did order a bus for 33 people and suitcases so that was very disappointing that some of us had to held our suitcases in the car. When we were going home you again sent 3 taxis not a bus and the same problem with the suitcases did happen. Some of us had also baught another small suitcases like a hand luggage to take home so the problem was even more there, that you could not take all the passengers and suitcases. We had to order one uber for three people so we could all go on time and that we paid extra by ourselves. We would really appreciate if you could refund us a part of the price and also the uber we had to pay by ourselves. The last taxi also came very late so the people that went in that car did arrive a little late to the airport and could only grab a bite to eat and then had to run to get in the plane. I hope you will response to this by an email, I want to have this all written down - otherwise we will all (30 people) give you a very low feedback on the internet."

"The drivers were incredibly patient, after an unforeseen incident at the wedding it was difficult getting everyone out on time. The drivers waited while I found everyone and put people in the right taxi. In our taxi the driver put up with post wedding singing and stopped when a passenger wanted to go to the shop. He was incredibly polite and I have had the same feedback from everyone in the other taxi (which ended up with only 4 people as all the others were in hospital with an elderly relative!). Choice cars were fantastic on the night and the person who helped me at Taxicode when I needed to make a change to the destination were so helpful and called me back a few times while they organised the changed with choice cars. Thank you to everyone especially the drivers who went above and beyond to get us home and let us carry on the evening. I already used Taxicode for the hen do and will be using them again in the future. Thank you."

Booking process a bit convoluted and had to call a few times to get a confirmation of who would actually be providing the van as at one point was told I would be sent 3-4 cars instead. The driver drove significantly slower than the speed limit (40 in a 70) but then would speed up before braking. The driver did not maintain a straight line on the road and was constantly swerving side to side. The driver suddenly stopped on a roundabout and changed direction against the sat nav. We did not feel safe in the car and eventually confronted the driver if he was ok as the driving was not good. The driver improved after that but had the level of driving continued at the level we would have insisted that we get out and call an alternative taxi. Additionally if there had been a lone female in the car this would have been a highly distressing situation. "

We still have received zero communication from you as to where the driver was and why there was no pick up. "This was a booking on behalf of a passanger. We have filled in all the information for her, her flight details, her phone number, name. Everything. The company did not have the phone number for her, nor did they have information regarding the flight. Her flight was delayed, the driver had no idea. He was waiting in his car in parking lot, who knows how far form the airport. Wanted the passenger to got find him in a parking lot with all her luggage. The whole experience was extremely stressful for our passenger, as this was her first time in the UK and the driver was supposed to pick her up from the arrivals with a sign. A complete fiasco of a trip. "
"I ordered 3 x 8 seater minibuses, but I didn't get those. As I had called taxicode on a different occasion, I was told I didn't need to update if the passengers increased by 1 or 2 as long as they fitted in the vehicles I had requested/paid for. A 16 seater minibus and a 6 seater car arrived. The driver of the minibus said that is what they sent as it said 21 people. He suggested that the 2 additional people could stand in the middle, as it was only a short journey - as he was trying to be helpful. Which I certainly wouldn't have agreed to. Luckily 1 of the people didn't go so I was able to fit 22 people in sitting. If I had received the 3 minibuses I had ordered it wouldn't have been a problem. Also I received a cancellation from you on another booking I had done on the previous Saturday morning when the pick up was for our Execs on the Monday, which wasn't at all helpful so I had to work at that weekend to find a local taxi company that could do it. So I definately won't be using taxicode again. "

For the first couple of days post booking, I was called three times to try and get me to change the vehicle that we wanted, to a car and a larger taxi. If I wanted a car and a larger taxi I would've booked a car and a taxi. I wanted a minibus. The driver was delayed by up to an hour - longer than the journey time for the trip. Massively stressful, children arrived late for an exclusive F1 karting party for which we have paid £'000. Despite calling every couple of days to make sure they would not be a problem, the taxi was still late, an hour late, and the day was very stressful, even more expensive, and ultimately ruined by the late arrival. We will never be using taxi code again. From now on, I will go direct to the individual taxi companies. There is no point in using taxicode. Taxicode refuse any responsibility for ensuring prompt arrival, but still take payment.... ?!?? Expensive and poor service. Once again, to reiterate, the driver was really good, he did his best, but Taxicode need to ensure they turn up on time. If you can't do that what is the point of the business? "
"I thought the driver would check the flight status and won’t charge for late arrivals but I’ve been charged. The operator was quite rude and not helpful but the driver was more professional and safe driver. "The driver himself was amazing and so nice and helpful on the way there and back, but the evening pickup from Ascot was 45 minutes late by the time we got on the minibus at 7:45pm. However, the traffic was gridlocked at Royal Ascot and nothing was moving so I don’t think this was the driver’s fault and he was doing all he could to get to us and kept in communication very well. All in all, a great driver! "

We called the company and they said the driver was on his way. This we did twice. We then called the driver on the number the company gave us, then he turned up. Later, when we were in WiFi contact (I don’t have data roaming) I received WhatsApp messages apparently from the driver (from earlier) saying to call him. He’d obviously been waiting elsewhere. The car meanwhile, was quite a shabby Toyota Prius. None of this would have mattered had we known this was the process for pick up."

We were about to meet when he text to say he had waited too long and had left. I called and the only option I was given was to pay an additional £50 then magically the driver was more willing to come back to us. I could not believe that he was happy to leave us walk some pretty sketchy streets at that time of night when we had already paid nearly £90. I understand it was my initial mistake but communication was bad he at no point questioned what time I would Meet him when I said we would not be with him until the concert finished and he didn’t call before he had left. I am sure he would have picked up another fare so it is only me that is out of pocket and disgusted that we as a group of two women and five girls were left stranded at Wembley unless we paid over the odds "

"Awful service! Rang the day before to confirm where the pick up point was which was confirmed. The day of the cab rang 20 mins before the pick up was meant to be and was told the driver would call us back where he was. He did not so we called back again at the time the pick up was and was told the car had 'broken down' and they would give a refund. Didn't bother to call us and let us know this until we had chased it. This then left my pregnant sister who is having a difficult time and me who is recovering from surgery with stitches still stranded in London as the tubes are too busy to risk getting on and being knocked. Absolutely awful and barely even an apology and still waiting for the refund. "

"The driver picked us up from Luton. I have never taken off or landed at this airport and so I asked him where the pick up/drop off point is. He was extremely rude, spoke badly to me and raised his voice over the phone, offering no help whatsoever. The driver had an attitude the whole way, before dropping us off at the wrong address - somewhere in North London (not the address in East London where we were meant to go). He then charged us and demanded cash to take us to our actual destination. Also made us wait 45 in a parking lot at 2AM to fully charge his electric car. Will be raising a complaint."

The drivers waited while I found everyone and put people in the right taxi. In our taxi the driver put up with post wedding singing and stopped when a passenger wanted to go to the shop. "This was a booking on behalf of a passanger. We have filled in all the information for her, her flight details, her phone number, name. Everything. The company did not have the phone number for her, nor did they have information regarding the flight. Her flight was delayed, the driver had no idea. As I had called taxicode on a different occasion, I was told I didn't need to update if the passengers increased by 1 or 2 as long as they fitted in the vehicles I had requested/paid for. A 16 seater minibus and a 6 seater car arrived. The driver of the minibus said that is what they sent as it said 21 people. He suggested that the 2 additional people could stand in the middle, as it was only a short journey - as he was trying to be helpful. Which I certainly wouldn't have agreed to. Massively stressful, children arrived late for an exclusive F1 karting party for which we have paid £'000. Despite calling every couple of days to make sure they would not be a problem, the taxi was still late, an hour late, and the day was very stressful, even more expensive, and ultimately ruined by the late arrival. We will never be using taxi code again. From now on, I will go direct to the individual taxi companies. There is no point in using taxicode. Taxicode refuse any responsibility for ensuring prompt arrival, but still take payment.... ?!?? Expensive and poor service. Once again, to reiterate, the driver was really good, he did his best, but Taxicode need to ensure they turn up on time. If you can't do that what is the point of the business? "

"The driver himself was amazing and so nice and helpful on the way there and back, but the evening pickup from Ascot was 45 minutes late by the time we got on the minibus at 7:45pm. However, the traffic was gridlocked at Royal Ascot and nothing was moving so I don’t think this was the driver’s fault and he was doing all he could to get to us and kept in communication very well. "Awful service! Rang the day before to confirm where the pick up point was which was confirmed. The day of the cab rang 20 mins before the pick up was meant to be and was told the driver would call us back where he was. He did not so we called back again at the time the pick up was and was told the car had 'broken down' and they would give a refund. Didn't bother to call us and let us know this until we had chased it. This then left my pregnant sister who is having a difficult time and me who is recovering from surgery with stitches still stranded in London as the tubes are too busy to risk getting on and being knocked. Absolutely awful and barely even an apology and still waiting for the refund. "

"The driver picked us up from Luton. I have never taken off or landed at this airport and so I asked him where the pick up/drop off point is. He was extremely rude, spoke badly to me and raised his voice over the phone, offering no help whatsoever. The driver had an attitude the whole way, before dropping us off at the wrong address - somewhere in North London (not the address in East London where we were meant to go).
